All Sales Are Final

We work closely with our distributors to ensure that every item is in perfect condition before it leaves their facility. Because of this, all sales are final. We kindly ask that you:

  • Read all product descriptions carefully.
  • Be certain of the size you wish to purchase.
  • Reach out via email if you need sizing assistance before placing your order.

Size Adjustments (Case-by-Case Basis)

If our inventory allows, we may consider requests to exchange for a different size. To be eligible:

  • Notify us by email within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Cover shipping costs for both the original item and the replacement item.
  • Understand that popular items may have limited exchange availability.

Final Sale Items

  • All items are final sale, including heavily discounted pieces.
  • We do not currently offer store credit.

Conditions for Exchanges (if approved)

Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused.
  • Returned with all original tags attached.
  • Free of makeup, deodorant, dirt, stains, or strong scents.

Exchanges that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
