Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Processing may take longer during peak seasons or special promotions.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and chosen shipping method.
- Delivery times are estimated by the carrier and do not include processing time.
Order Tracking
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
- Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update.
Incorrect Addresses
- Customers must provide accurate shipping details at checkout.
- We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect addresses.
- Reshipping costs for returned packages are the customer’s responsibility.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- Contact support@joyinthejourney.club within 7 days of delivery if your order is lost or arrives damaged.
- Keep all packaging until the issue is resolved with the carrier.
International Shipping
- At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be shipped within the United States.
