Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Processing may take longer during peak seasons or special promotions.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and chosen shipping method.
  • Delivery times are estimated by the carrier and do not include processing time.

Order Tracking

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
  • Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update.

Incorrect Addresses

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect addresses.
  • Reshipping costs for returned packages are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Contact support@joyinthejourney.club within 7 days of delivery if your order is lost or arrives damaged.
  • Keep all packaging until the issue is resolved with the carrier.

International Shipping

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be shipped within the United States.
